Install it in three steps
Download the file
The download is a single ZXP file, the package format Premiere Pro uses for extensions.
Install it with an extension installer
Open the ZXP with the aescripts ZXP Installer or Anastasiy’s Extension Manager. Both are free.
Open WizCut in Premiere Pro
Restart Premiere Pro, then open the panel from Window, Extensions, WizCut. Sign in with your WizCut account to activate this computer.
